The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to everything. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the 24/7 coffee and water dispenser in the lobby was a nice touch. the free breakfast was also a great way to start off the day. the complementary personal care products were high quality and appreciated.

The soundproofing was terrible, and noises echoed throughout the property. I was woken up a few times by staff noises in the morning, which was frustrating.

What did I like? The bed was extra comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new and everything felt very new & clean. The reception space was a really nice, open area. We had a balcony which looked down to the centre of the city which was nice.

The TV reception in my room was not good.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel, location was perfect, close to the main square in a quiet area. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean for a very reasonable price. the staff was exceptional, always friendly and available. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of fresh food, and the view from the room was breathtaking.

There was no elevator, and carrying luggage was difficult on the steep and narrow stairs.
